The difference between a 1,000-guest wedding that works and one that doesn't is almost never the headcount — it's whether the venue had room for 1,000 people to exist comfortably at the same time. A lawn that's technically rated for 1,000 in theatre rows is very different from a lawn sized for 1,000 guests in a reception dinner format with live stations, a performance area, a dhol procession route and 200 people in the dessert line simultaneously.

The Banquet Hall Earns Its Keep Twice
The AC banquet hall at ALOHA does two things for a 1,000-guest wedding. First: it's the pre-wedding function venue. Sangeet for 200–300 guests in the hall the night before, while the lawn is being set up for the main reception. The functions don't compete for space because they're in different venues on the same property. Second: if the weather turns, the banquet hall is the backup — already there, same team, no transport required.
The hall has AC, full AV and capacity for 200–300 guests in a formal dinner layout. It's not a tent. It's a built hall that works as a primary venue for intimate functions and as a contingency for the outdoor reception if needed.
