What is the conference capacity at ALOHA? +
The main conference hall seats 150–300 theatre-style, approximately 120 in classroom layout and around 200 for banquet. The boardroom fits up to 40. For large all-hands events on the lawn, capacity goes up to 1,000.
Is GST invoicing available for corporate bookings? +
Yes. All corporate bookings receive a GST-compliant invoice suitable for company expense reimbursement, finance audits and TDS documentation. Share your GSTIN at the time of booking.
Can delegates stay overnight at the venue? +
Yes. ALOHA has 25 pool-facing rooms available for delegates on overnight offsite packages. Room types include standard pool-view, family rooms and duplex suites. Overnight packages include dinner, breakfast and morning tea.
What AV equipment is provided in the conference hall? +
Standard packages include a projector, 150-inch screen, PA system with wireless and lapel microphones, podium, whiteboard and dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi. Additional equipment such as LED panels or live-streaming setup can be arranged separately.
Can we combine the conference with team activities? +
Absolutely — this is one of ALOHA's most popular formats. Run your morning conference sessions, break for lunch, then move to pool, cricket, volleyball and other resort activities in the afternoon. The whole event stays on one campus with no travel in between.
How far is ALOHA from Hyderabad airport and the city? +
ALOHA is 12 km from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport — roughly 15 minutes by road. From Hyderabad city centre (Hitech City / Banjara Hills), it is about 35–45 minutes depending on traffic. Airport cab pickup can be pre-arranged for out-of-station delegates.
